Hey team!

I decided this year that I’d do a dedicated page for each market so info doesn’t get lost in your emails! All up to date info will be on this page. I will let you know when info is updated so you can check in.

Once again welcome to our spring market! We’ve been planning these markets since 2019 & we’re grateful people want to keep being a part of them : )

Few housekeeping items:

- If you haven’t paid your vendor fee to reserve your spot, please do so ASAP! Here is the link: https://amongthepines.com/wholesale/etx-market-booth
- Last year it was super WINDY & it was stressful. A vendor had these on her tent & was peaceful as a clam. So I recommend everyone buying something like this to help secure your tent just in case! - We’ve had a Group Me channel in the recent years that help us communicate altogether for prepping or day of needs, etc. You can also message me on there if you need me day of! - If you’re covered under Cottage Law, you no longer need to get a health permit for the day! Yay! If you are a Food Truck, you still do until the laws change in July. I will reached out directly to get you set up with our health department.

Okay now to the details!

If you haven’t joined us before, ETX Market happens in Downtown Longview between Green St & Fredonia. This year we may stretch up Fredonia to accomodate for more vendors! The market officially starts at 10am but I am there at the crack of dawn starting to set up. You are welcome to arrive as early as 7:30am if you need to, I’ll be there! We normally start packing it up around 3pm.

Your vendor space is essentially at 10 X 10 tent size or a full parking space. You are welcome to double your size by paying for an additional vendor spot, let me know if you’re interested! I go out the night before or the very early morning off to mark out your spots with chalk. I also create a birds eye view legend with your assigned spot number so you can get a feel for where you are. You’ll see me running around that morning helping everyone find their spots. : )

One of my goals with ETX Market is to create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. Its not hard to see that year after year, our culture has become more divided & safe spaces for some become smaller & smaller. Community is such a powerful thing & I want to keep building that in East Texas!

A few things that help make the market approachable for everyone:

- We avoid any overt aggressive political messages or merch or statements, etc. Statements that are hopeful or spreading positivity are always welcome! Feel free to run things by me if you aren’t sure!

- We want to makes sure everything at the market is appropriate for little eyes to see as well. If you have an item that you think its a little iffy for kids to see, you can put it up high or have it behind some other inventory so its not immediately seen. Feel free to reach out with specific concerns or question.
